Rodney Strobel, Jr. joins Ingenuity IEQ

 rodney Ingenuity IEQ recently welcomed Rodney Strobel, Jr. to its Indoor Environmental Quality company. Rodney will work as a Field Engineer based out of Flushing, Michigan. He will be responsible for providing 100% hands on field engineering by overseeing the installation, start up, and service of our high end indoor environmental quality systems for clients in Michigan and will report to Pat Pasfield, Construction Manager.

Rodney’s work experience primarily has been in the hospitality industry where he has worked for the last 12+ years. He worked his way up in a Family owned and operated Michigan restaurant. Rodney is excited to gain experience in his field of interest and has come to us by recommendation from one of his professors at Mott Community College where in 2008 he obtained an Associates in General Studies. Rodney is currently pursuing his Air Conditioning, Heating & Refrigeration Technology Associate Degree and currently holds a 4.0 GP. He has also obtained his Universal Refrigerant handling license. “Rodney’s willingness to learn and his enthusiasm to become an expert in this field will make him a great addition to Ingenuity IEQ”, said Pat Pasfield, Construction Manager.

 


Jeff DeYoung joins the Ingenuity IEQ Sales Team

 Ingenuity IEQ, a leader in providing energy efficient, safe and healthy indoor environments, is pleased to announce that Jeff DeYoung has joined the Ingenuity IEQ’s sales team as a Sales Account Manager for the Southern Michigan area. Jeff will report to Mike Fox, President/CEO, and will reside in West Bloomfield, MI.

Jeff will be responsible for developing client relationships and closing sales for high end air flow control systems and indoor environmental quality systems in commercial, health care and government facilities. He will also be responsible for developing and executing sales plans with targeted markets and accounts.
Jeff brings over 20 years of technical sales experience as an outside sales and manufacturer’s representative. He has held positions with companies such as Merlo Steam Equip Co., Munters MCS, Hamilton Engineering, and The Casper Corporation. Prior to joining Ingenuity IEQ, Jeff served as Sales Representative for East Coast Water Systems whose company is based out of Charleston, SC. Jeff has proven to be successful in industrial and commercial selling and has received numerous sales awards for his past performance.
Jeff’s experience calling upon clients in industries such as automotive, hospitals, engineers, owners, OEM’s, and government entities will prove to be beneficial in his role here at Ingenuity IEQ. “We are eager to see Jeff’s positive contributions to our company and enthusiastically welcome him to our organization” said Mike Fox, President/CEO.


Chuck Lykins joins Ingenuity IEQ Sales Team

Ingenuity IEQ, a leader in providing energy efficient, safe and healthy indoor environments, is pleased to announce that Chuck Lykins has joined the Ingenuity IEQ’s sales team as a Sales Account Manager for the Southern Ohio area. Chuck will report to Mike Fox, CEO and president, and will reside in Hamilton, Ohio.

Chuck will be responsible for developing client relationships and closing sales for high end air flow control systems and indoor environmental quality systems in commercial, health care and government facilities. He will also be responsible for developing and executing sales plans with targeted markets and accounts.

Chuck holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Marketing from the American Military University. Chuck’s background includes 20 years of honorable service with the Air Force where he served in several assignments and was the recipient of numerous sales awards.

Prior to joining Ingenuity IEQ, Chuck served as an Executive Recruiter and Business Development Manager with Trustaff Healthcare Solutions. “Chuck’s extensive sales management experience and his familiarity of working with individuals focused in the healthcare and higher education markets will be a tremendous addition to Ingenuity IEQ and a valuable resource to our clients,’ said Mike Fox, company CEO and president. “We are eager to see Chuck’s positive contributions to our company and enthusiastically welcome him to our organization.”


Triatek names Ingenuity IEQ Representative of the Year

Triatek, a manufacturer of room pressure and fume hood controllers, lighting panels and venturi valves, named Ingenuity IEQ the Company’s 2014 Representative of the Year.

 

Triatek presented the award to Ingenuity IEQ at their 30th anniversary event in conjunction with the International  2014 Air-Conditioning, Heating, Refrigeration (AHR) Expo in Chicago January 26th. Michael T. Fox, Ingenuity IEQ’s CEO accepted the award from Jim Hall, Triatek CEO.

 

Hall said Triatek determined the award recipient based on a combination of Sales Results and Innovation using Triatek products. This is the second year for the award, with the first winners being Hobbs and Associates Nashville office. “Partnership is a term that is often overused, but truly describes the great relationship between Ingenuity IEQ and Triatek. In addition to being one of our top sales leaders, Mike Fox and his team at IEQ innovate novel solutions for their customers using Triatek products in combination with other technologies. What they have accomplished for their customers are examples for institutions nationwide, and IEQ generously shares their knowledge with our entire rep network to bring energy saving and safe environments to hospitals and universities throughout the country. They are leaders in their community, in our rep network and their sales results are excellent. Triatek is proud to honor Ingenuity IEQ as our 2014 Representative of the Year, “ stated Jim Hall, Triatek CEO.

Ingenuity IEQ Re-Certified as Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business

Ingenuity IEQ is proud to be re-certified as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business by the Center of Veteran Enterprise (CVE) on behalf of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. According to the certification, Ingenuity IEQ will be eligible to participate in Veterans First Contracting Program opportunities within the VA.

What this means:

This unique distinction offers us the following benefits:

  • Allows us to compete for VA contracts placing SDVOSB’s first in satisfying VA’s acquisition requirements
  • Implements restricted competition via set-aside procedures for SDVOSBs
  • Allows sole sourced contracts up to $5,000,000
